Shipping & Delivery
Delivery of any kayaks and accessories within Adelaide metro will be a flat $10 and guaranteed to arrive to your door by 2pm Sunday 24th Dec, just in time for Christmas! Orders will be need to be in by 9pm Saturday 23rd.
Kayak Freight, Delivery or Collection
The shipping of Kayaks is limited to Adelaide Metro and regional areas of South Australia including Riverland, Port Pirie, Port Augusta, Whyalla and Port Lincoln. Regional SA deliveries are by designated transport companies and delivery within Adelaide Metro will be by Harry's Yaks. Rates will show at checkout following input of your delivery postcode.
Freight costs to Regional SA areas vary from $40 to $100 (see below) and delivery costs within Adelaide Metro vary from $10 to $20. Alternatively, Kayaks and/or accessories can be collected from Harry's Yaks premises in Nairne, South Australia. Please phone (08) 8188 0402 to arrange a collection time.
We use Australia Post services for all postage of accessories from Harry's Yaks. Flat rate shipping is available and varies from $8 to $19.95 depending on the total weight. Rates will show at checkout.
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them, providing payment is received. All orders are sent via Australia Post's eParcel with full tracking, unless stated differently.
Standard delivery time is 2-6 business days and orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. This is a 'signature required on delivery' service so if you are not home to receive your order, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will need to collect your parcel from your local post office.
If you would like your order left at your address without a signature requirement, please indicate your instructions in the notes at checkout.
Please ensure you provide a correct delivery address. If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, an extra postage charge will apply to have it resent.
Tracking Your Parcel
You can follow the progress of your parcel using your Tracking Number. You can find your tracking number in the Shipping Notification email for your parcel or in My Account. Click here to sign in and retrieve your Tracking Number.

If your shipping address is correct and you have not received your package or a delivery attempted notification card within the average delivery time frame then please contact us.
